About the Game

Impro Pantho is an outdoor improvisation pantomime game that combines physical theatre, non-lingual communication, and collaborative storytelling. Players must convey and interpret actions using only body language — no words allowed.

How to Play

1.

Player A secretly chooses an action — a combination of an activity and an object from the surrounding environment — and begins acting it out silently.

2.

The other players line up in a row. A taps B and performs the action. Once B believes they have understood it, both tap C together.

3.

A and B now act out the scene together for C. When C feels confident enough, D is tapped — and the group grows one by one.

4.

Only A knows the original action and can subtly guide the group. This continues until the last person joins — they must watch the full scene and guess the original action as precisely as possible.

Example Actions

Felling a tree Swimming in a well Two bicycles colliding
